The Vulcan Language: The Vulcan Language Institute online at vulcanlanguage.com.  The original and definitive website that created the language.  All the others build from this.

Vulcan Calligraphy: Vulcan Calligraphy at korsaya.org.  This is the default calligraphy, now standard, extending the work of the VLI.

Dictionary: Vulcan Language Dictionary at starbase-10.de  (Not strictly Golic; use with caution and defer to VLI dictionaries.  Listed here because it has become widely used and thus could be considered a standard.)

Fonts: One possible source – Vulcan Language Fonts at vulcanquest – there are others.
